Once work has started or digital files have been delivered, refunds or cancellations cannot be offered under any circumstances.

All products and services are delivered online.
We do not ship physical items or provide physical media.

Payment Terms

Initial Payment / Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.
This confirms your project and reserves our time and production resources.

Final Payment

Final payment must be made before the final proof and deliverables are released.
No final files will be sent until full payment is received.

Revisions & Additional Fees

Revisions are provided according to your selected package or project agreement.
Any revisions beyond the included amount will incur an additional fee.

Rush delivery, priority scheduling, or extra modification requests may also incur additional charges.

Project Delivery Timeline

Estimated timelines will be discussed at the start of the project.
Delays caused by incomplete client information, feedback delays, or scope changes are not our responsibility.

Refund Inquiries for Exceptional Situations

If you believe you are eligible for review due to an error on our side, please contact us within 3 business days of file delivery.
While refunds are not offered, we will review your concern and assist where possible.

No Returns

Since all services and products are delivered digitally, returns do not apply.
